I find the internet somewhat useful for fixing tech, but a lot of times when I read people's reply, articles, and videos. They give a lot of basic answers like "do a clean install of windows, system restore, reimage, check your ram, replace your power supply, do a ping, install the latest drivers, uninstall the latest drivers, check your cables, and other fixs I already tried or thought of trying.

No one really teches others on how to replace a blown capacitor or resister.

If you can access the net it's usually quite handy.

ifyou look you can usually find a some assistance in what your looking for. majority of what people want though are stupid and moronically easy to figure out but there to thick to do so.

the internet has lead me to find answers to many of my current and past tech problems. So yes it is very resourceful.

I agree, that the internet is very helpful, but it is somewhat sad that most of the threads on tech help forums are overly easy to fix like "how do you reset your wireless mouse" which people can learn on their own, or by just reading the manual which came with their devices.

a lot times people lose manuals or the manuals aren't clear enough.

I notice these days that a lot of manuals come with the software for the device or software, or you can download it very easily. I agree manuals are not very clear, and the font size is very tiny on mostly cheaper devices.
