Mxproject Simple Web Browser made with VB 2005.

Post by froggyboy604 »

Regular Version Download here: http://www.mxproject.com/forum/download.php?id=413

Full Screen Version without the Menu Controls on top: http://www.mxproject.com/forum/files/mx ... er_499.zip

Full Screen Version with Clock, Google Search box: http://www.mxproject.com/forum/files/mx ... er_209.zip

note: Full screen versions do not have minimize button because I don't know how to code : minimize.

It automaticly loads Mxproject forum page when it starts up

Very simple Web Browser, but it is only 75KB to download and 200KB when unziped.

Press Alt key on keyboard and first letter of each button for short cut key. The combo box is for typing in url, but does not store previously type url since I don't know how to write the code. But, it does have some awesome links related to mxproject stored in the combo box.

Based on looks alone it's not very nice,

Buttons wayy to small, has some izarre method of navigation websites (scrolling MB3 takes you to random pages)

Address bar seems to strip the http://www.
Address bar doesn't update with page loads,

Could do with being expanded on

I agree, my browser needs improvement. I just made it as a beginner project from some tutorial I found on-line which also is a basic browser.
