add my music to my YouTube videos

How do I add my music to my YouTube videos? I upload videos to YouTube through Call of Duty Elite. I can only upload directly to YouTube and I have to use YouTube Video Editor if I want to add music or effects to my video. The music they have sucks and I would like to add some MP3 files to it. Is there any way I can add my own music to my videos through YouTube Video Editor?
