Added Vimeo Video posting button to post Vimeo videos on MX

Decided to add Vimeo posting embed option, so members can post vimeo videos on Mxproject instead of just YouTube, and Dailymotion videos.

I also like that their video player seems cleaner then Youtube, and videos load at a good speed.

To post Vimeo videos, just click on the button labeled "vimeo" on the post editor/maker, and post the vimeo video ID/Numbers after Vimeo.com/ between the two [vimeo] tags

Yes, Vimeo is one of the few video sharing websites besides YouTube, and Dailymotion which have clear and HD videos at a decent speed.

It also has a lot of videos related to art, films, etc
