Possibly, I may not have enough space for future updates if Microsoft decide to release a big update with a larger file size in the future.

There is a chance that Windows 10 will not have a huge update in the future, so more people with less free disk space can continue to use Windows 10 because it can still fit on cheaper computers with 32GB of storage after installing updates for Windows.

There are millions of cheap people, poor people, older adults and young kids who use Windows 10 computers with only 32GB of space because they cant afford a better computer, or only need a basic computer for Word Processing. watching online videos, e-mail, web browsing, and other basic tasks.

I think Microsoft don't want many 32GB computer users to replace Windows 10 with a lightweight Linux operating system on their cheap 32GB computer because Windows 10 can no longer fit on their PC with only 32GB of space because of future updates which are many GBs in size.

Many PC users in rural towns and poorer places still use slower internet service like dial-up, so huge updates with big file sizes like 1GB in size will take hours to download for PC users with slower internet service like dial-up.

I'm pretty sure Microsoft has a huge update planned for their fall update.

I read on a few tech blog that the next fall Windows update will mainly include updates to fix software problems/bugs, improve performance, and security updates.

The next Windows update may make Windows 10 file size smaller in size to improve performance on slower mechanical hard drives with less than 20% free space which can cause problems with disk defrag because some disk defrag programs need 20% free space to work properly.

I suppose if they could use compression they could reduce size of the OS. Or just make Windows 10 S to be more useable.

I feel Windows 10 can release an update to remove bundled software which few users use, so Windows 10 use less storage space, and run faster on slower mechanical hard drives with less free space. Having less files and programs in Windows 10 can also make file and folder searches faster.

I doubt it, all those apps are paid to be there in hopes of being used. They won't remove them sadly.

I think there are also now ads in Apps, and those startmenu tile shortcuts, so Microsoft may making a lot of money from ads in Windows 10 and Xbox Dashboard which now has ads.
