I know a lot of people are still working at home becauae of the coronavirus outbreak which, so a reliable desktop tower PC with easy to replace parts can be become more popular. Desktop Tower PC are also more affordable, so they maybe more popular with students, and low paid workers who don't have a lot of money, but still want a fast PC.

It is also possible to upgrade a desktop Tower PC's power supply, and other parts, so it is more reliable than the power supply which came with the PC case or from HP, Dell, and Acer who may more likely use cheap lower quality power supplies from less popular poor quality power supply brands.
