Good point since the Populous I usually talk to use Programs like Front page, Dreamweaver, WYSIWYG programs.
I think the program I made is good for entering links and other data into templates since people usually just input links in pre-made templates. Plus, users can edit the code before they save without going into code view. It is okay for learning very basic HTML.
V2 Updates
I updated the program to require little to no typing at all. You can just copy and paste links to images and websites. If you want to be decorative, you can choose your text colours from the combo boxs for font colours.
You no longer have to type in the Quotation marks for entering webpage, but you still have to include the http:// or whatever protocall you plan to link to.
The only typing needed is for the content box and typing the
save as filename.htm
I also made a Save as Button and a menu ribbon.
I also modded the links and text to dirrect people to
http://www.mxproject.com/ if they do not know how to use it.
Plus, the previous default text that I was using pointed people to a hosting company that seems to be one of those lousy shared hosting sites. Mxproject.com webhosting have way better prices and bandwidth.
Move (Generate HTML code) Button to the far left, so it be harder for people to click the clear button instead of Generate.
-Updated the tab order and did some minor cosmetic changes for improve usability.
added a program and title bar icon.
