I don't know, I feel like Ash would be awkward with showing his feelings. Like, he'd try to be romantic for Misty, but he'd be all nervous and mess it up sometime. Which in itself is very romantic, if you ask me. Anyway, he just doesn't seem like the aggressive type to me... at least not in that way.
