In my opinion, the best opening belongs to Attack on Titan.
Honestly, I love all OSTs of that anime. Isn't that just great?

Hmm I tend not to care much about anime opening, but rather, opening and ending music. Currently my two most favorite are Shiver from Kuroshitsuji and the one from One-punch Man Opening (sadly I don't know its name)
