Do you care much about the size of your CPU and GPU core?

If my cpu or gpu doesn't over heat and works. I'm pretty happy.

I guest If i was a overclocker, or energy conservationist saver person. I care about how big the CPU and GPU are. A lot of people on the net seem to be obsessed with getting a new Xbox 360 for its new 65 nm GPU and CPU.
