winamp all the way no comp what so ever, for vids i usually use VideoLan though

i don't either, wmp is slow and gets really jittery at anything over 1mbps

The older versions of WMP are okay, but WMP 7 and above seem to be slower and looks bad.

I think it was windows media player 6.4
