Ever been accused of having multiple accounts on a forum, or other service because of having uses the same IP as someone

Yes, some forum accused me of having multiple Accounts on their forum because someone used the same IP as me. I had to explain my IP address that my ISP gives me is a dynamic IP address. It changes everytime I restart my PC or whenever my ISP decided to change it.

I wonder if 10 people use a library's computer to create a forum acount on the same forum will the forum's admin assume one person have 10 accounts at the forum since the 10 people used the same IP just at different times.

Nope, but I've been accused of sharing an account with someone on a MMO once.

Though have accused admins being retarded morons on more than 17 occasions
