When do you usually start promoting your websites?

I usually start promoting my website when I feel there is a decent amount of content, and the template, plugins, and modules are all installed and working.

I usually don't promote my websites unless I'm happy with most of it.

I would promote mine as soon as it is ready for public eyes.

i'll have to admit i'm guilty of not really promoting my sites

i don't have the time to bother doing it, i advertise a little after a while traffic begins to appear
I never really understood Thursdays.
