Adam departed from Boston on US Airways. he put his Xbox 360 with his luggage. When he got home, he found a ziploc bag with a broken Xbox 360 inside along with bits of metals.
He was disgruntled, and US Airways ignored his complaint because they broke his Xbox360 for security reasons.

This is pretty dispacable. They could of at least gave him a phone number for him to claim for damages caused by US Airways.
Does this mean customers can not trust baggage handlers and airport staff with handling personal items?
I hope Adam gets a decent settlement, or US Airways at least buys him the "Call of Duty" Modern Warfare 2 Xbox360 with the 250GB hard drive to apologize for mishandling his luggage.

I guess it didn't dawn on you that the "it's because of security" was just a cover up for something else.froggyboy604 wrote:I agree, he should of brought it on Carry-on, but maybe he had other valuables. What I find strange, is they did not take him off the plane for questioning if it was for security reasons.

It was probably just damage by a luggage boy since I heard some of those guys mistreat people's luggage by throwing them around.Skeithex wrote:I guess it didn't dawn on you that the "it's because of security" was just a cover up for something else.froggyboy604 wrote:I agree, he should of brought it on Carry-on, but maybe he had other valuables.
