I think it depends on the family and how many computers do they own, and how far your PCs are from each other. Possibly, more people are using bluetooth since almost all mid-high-end phones come with Bluetooth.

I still think the sneaker network : A slang term meaning (Moving files from one computer to another by copying them to a CD, DVD, USB drive and manually walking over to another PC to load them on to the destination PC with the CD, or external drive by copying and pasting them manually) will be around for a few more years.

I used to use "Shared Folder" function to move files from one pc to another when USB 1.1 was slower then ethernet, and when I was using Windows 9x, Hard disk capacity was only 3GB for me back them and USB drives and CD-Burners cost a lot. Floppies also had only 1.44 MB capacity" But, these days I only use one PC since I got plenty of room.

I rarely print since I barely read stuff online worth printing.

Media streaming I can see myself using when I got a nice HDTV, and 5.1 speakers, but for now I watch most of my stuff on my Desktop PC.

Remote Desktop. I don't see myself using for my home PCs since all my PCs are a few feet away from each other.
