Re: Wireless Ear buds?
There are already wireless headphones which are like ear buds, but bigger and cover the whole ear instead of just the ear's inner hole.
You can also use an MP3 player with FM Radio, and its headphone jack , and a FM transmitter which is usually used to connect a CD player or MP3 player to your car's FM radio to enjoy music from your player on your car's speaker wirelessly via FM signals. But, the FM transmitter need to close to your player.

Yes if the MP3 player has a small headphone jack, and the wireless headphone comes with a headphone adapter for streaming the music like this one

Yes, it is kind of expensive, but it comes with the wireless adapter, and the headphones have built-in 6 hour batteries. It also has a built-in microphone according to the description. You can also use it 33 feet away from your Player, so you can use the headphones a few rooms or floors away from your player.
