I think Adobe stop making Flash for Android, but you can still get it from download sites, and Android uses Java to make a lot of Apps, and Games like Minecraft which is made with Java.

Yes, and the Ouya can install third-party Android apps, so it can run HTML5, and all the other things on a browser. I read a few months a go that Firefox will be making a web browser for Ouya, so the Ouya can run a lot of firefox add-ons.
