How often do you keep your stuff up to date with upgrades and such?

I only just install Windows updates, and updates for my antivirus on my PC. But, I don't really install new hard drives, RAM, etc because I'm fine with the speed of my current computer.

I guest. I update my stuff once every few years, or just replace them when they break.

I make sure to keep my programs up to date, that's about it.
