Something I'm trying to get to show up on my easy2boot menu (but this can be run off alone on a USB or CD) and what it is pretty much a all in one program for any tech support person. It has nearly everything in one program.

This looks pretty useful. There is also Ultimate Boot CD which also has a lot of useful tools for removing viruses, partitioning hard drives, and other tech related tasks.
