problem with that is with the air sucking it may pull a wire loose.

This is true. But, if you use a slower speed vacuum, you are less likely to pull a wire loose. A computer refurbisher in my town use a big powerful vacuums to vacuum out bugs, and turns it ON after, and the PC usually turn ons, and the wires did not fall out during vacuuming.

A lot of the wires inside your computer are very tight, and you need to pull very hard on the plastic plug to come off, and some wires have clips you need to press to pull out.

Depends on the wire and I'm aware at how tight some are.
