Has anyone seen this anime? To best describe the anime, its like the creators got high on something either really good or really bad, took a entire rainbow and made it into an anime. It spans 2 seasons which it takes to make its plot clear and then you will need to rewatch it all to make sense of it.
It is also a anime of its first that actually got a english dub and aired before the Japanese episode aired, for both seasons.
