What do you feel are some of the best music apps to use on PCs and phones to listen to music with?

I use Foobar2000 on Windows, and Vanilla Music Player in Google Android. They both are very lightweight, fast, and don't use much storage space.

notice any issues using Vanilla Music Player? One person mentions that the library don't refresh upon adding music.
