Hopefully, some of the flash games maker convert their games to HTML5. I think unofficial flash players will exist for many more years after 2020 because there is most likely older flash games, software, and videos which still have many users.

it be great, but I feel we will lose a lot of games due to them never being converted.

It is not hard to save the flash games on websites to your company to play offline, and play the flash games offline with a web browser which support flash after 2020.
But, if the game requires a server for multi-player gaming, the game maybe unplayable after 2020 on Chrome, Firefox, and most web browsers.

meh, most aren't worth playing alone though. You get more out of it by trying to earn and keep the highest score.
