It's like a fan made google play store alternative. full of interesting addons.

This sounds like a good app for people who want to find alternative apps, and users with some Android devices which did not come with Google Play.

I think everything comes with either the apple store or google play. But its mostly to get apps that the official stores would never approve of like adaway.

I think Google Play was not included in very old Android tablets, and some Android tablets released in China.

I would think china has its own apps.
