I wonder if the workers can buy most of the stock or the company, and hire a new CEO which are better at running a computer security company.

I imagine some very small antivirus companies could be bought by workers since the company is not worth much money because the antivirus company is unpopular, and the boss wants to sell his company before he loses all his money, and his company gets closed down forever like Radioshack stores because of low earnings.

Usually how it goes, and then the employees could be let go to save cost.

Sometimes bigger companies buy smaller failing tech companies for a lower price than what it was worth a few years ago.
