I imagine sometimes the buyers may sometimes get bad workers from the deal as well.

I imagine many of the bad workers maybe less likely to switch jobs after the buyout, so they may stick around until the new boss lay them off for poor performance.

Plus they may compromise their systems to give the new company a headache.

I guest, one of the risk of buying a company is that some of the workers who work at the company maybe secretly using older and cheaper tech and software at work or home which can be less secure, and cause a company network to get infected with a virus and spyware.

I almost promise there is some old system always in use to mess up things and make AV harder to run.

I heard a lot of people who still use older operating systems like Windows XP which can cause problems with newer Antivirus.
