People trust others on good reviews, it's critical to have good customer service with PC parts.

That is true. A lot of people trust good reviews on computer review sites. Some computer review websites usually test computer parts with the latest games to see how the computer parts perform in real life, and to see if the part runs reliably while gaming.

It is good to see them tested, even so you never know how long they will last in the long run.

I think some people don't use good surge protected power bars to protect their computer from power surges, so some computer parts dont last as long because of power surges damaging their computer parts.

True, they spend so much on the PC they don't spend enough to protect it.

A lot of people may not know enough about ho0w to protect it.

After buying a very expensive PC, some people may not be able to afford a better surge protector or a more expensive UPS/Uninterupted Power Supply surge protector power bar to also stop power lost during power outages, and data lost if there is a power outage or someone unplugs the UPS from the wall's power outlet for a short amount of time.

True, it is bad to spend all their money. Though risking it with no protection is kind of a bad idea.
