There are old PC hardware and fix it stores, not sure what they have as they are closed on the weekends.

There may also be computer user groups which trade computer parts for other parts like old SDRAM RAM, and older style IDE hard drive which they need.

Finding a local collector can also help, they may have old parts in storage that they could sell.

I imagine some old schools and work places may have older computer parts which they may sell or giveaway to people who need old parts to fix their old PC.

We had a bunch of old parts at my work place, but tossed them once we got rid of all our old equipment.

I think a lot of computer recycling centers may also get a lot of older tech which they don't need anymore,

That's what they are there for, and sometimes brand new stuff untouched.
