Usually they do, but sometimes they don't have wires hooked up lol.

Do the fake video cameras also have a working red power indicator light like some real cameras?

no, they usually don't have power, even though they should to make them more believable.

No, but some stores are just too cheap to go even that far.

I feel some stores may use broken security cameras which they found for free at the local junkyard or tech recycling center,and hope the broken cameras can trick robbers into thinking the cameras are not broken.

I don't think they go junk yard diving, but might go to a store to buy a fake display model
