I think most school laptops may not be plugged in to prevent students from stealing the charger, tripping on the charging cords and sticking a metal object into the charger's cables to electrocute/shock classmates or themselves which is dangerous.

I don't think any laptop can last all school day, so they would have to be charged, I think most put plugs under desks to help keep cables safe.

I heard a lot of schools are switching to Cheap low powered laptops, so they may have a lot of fully charged laptops people can use when battery power gets low.

Having power outlets close to less mature students can be dangerous if the student sticks a metal object in the plug for some reason.

I hate to be their IT team, as low end PCs are always a headache and can cause some stress sickness.

I imagine a lot of students get stressed using low powered PC.

Yeah, as most go home to higher power PCs. I've seen some people get sick from low end fans running on PCs.

I imagine some louder fans found on lowend PCs can be very loud which may cause people to feel stress from loud fan noises.
