I feel some people may buy slow Windows tablets and laptops, so they can install Linux on them because Linux runs better on slower hardware.

Linux does run a lot better, mostly since most only run on command lines.

It is possible to launch video files with command lines in Linux like in the Raspberry Pi's Linux OS. I also remember launching games from the command line in the Raspberry Pi.

I think Linux's user interfaces don't use up a lot of RAM and CPU resources. Some older Linux operating systems can run on computers with less RAM and very old CPUs.

Come to learn about an interesting AV called SentinelOne we're using at work, apparently better than most retail versions.

I wonder how SentinalOne compares to detecting viruses compared to Bit Defender and Malwarebytes.

Not sure, I do like its design and seems rather lightweight. I think it has access to a more dedicated database.

It is nice that there are still lightweight antiviruses for people with slower and older computers.
