According to Wikipedia, North Korea's Linux OS is now on version 4.0, and it is inspired by Fedora Linux. I'm surprise that there are 4 releases of their OS.

I wonder if most of the upgrades are small updates like better looking wallpapers and better sound effects.

North Korea maybe using disc like CD-R, 1GB USB flash drives or tape drives for installing offline upgrades like how many people used to install Windows 98 upgrades from a Windows installer disc.
