Could be an issue if they make their CPUs too different from how Intel and AMD makes their things.

I think the new Apple laptop CPUs are similar to the CPUs in iPhones and iPads. I think users can still use virtual machine software to run older software which does not work well or is not compatible with Apple new CPU.

That would still take someone to look it over and build the settings to make it work.

I think more software is being designed for Apple's new CPU, but it may take some time for most software to work decently or at all on Apple's CPU.

hopefully they create some good anti dust measures for their CPU so it don't get clogged and over heat.

I think the Apple CPU don't run as hot as Intel and AMD CPUs, so they may not overheat as often. A lot of Apple users upgrade their computers very often, so they may not clog with dust before they upgrade.

This would be for graphic use, so over heating may be an issue for apple cpus.
