I think there are some antivirus which give alerts, and also have a computer security blog.

I think one or two of the high end ones does, but not all them.

I wonder if lowend antivirus don't give alerts because they don't want to risk losing business from hacked websites, or can't afford to get sued by big sites which may deny they got hacked, and request they takedown the alerts that they got hacked.

It's possible, or they don't have the resources to pull the latest news.

That is true a lot of lowend antivirus may have fewer workers, or they don't get paid enough money, so they maybe less likely to make a latest news security blog. The very lowend antivirus may also use free or cheaper and slower web hosting which can't handle a lot of traffic to a blog.

they try and get money from people in sneaky ways, so I can see them not able to afford much.
