True, most usually get recommended other stuff, so they can find more fun stuff to fund.

I imagine, some crowdfunding products can also find talented tech workers if the crowdfunding goal is met, and many news sites talk about the crowdfunded product.

It could draw new talent into the industry, which is always welcomed and not locked to big corporations.

It is probably better for the tech economy if more people work at a smaller crowdfunded tech company since some big companies and small companies with less money usually layoff a lot of workers if the company have problems paying off a lot of debt like RadioShack which retail stores no longer exist.

It's mostly higher ups that run these companies into the ground and not taking care of employees.

I think investors who buy a lot of stocks in a company may make a lot of companies go bankrupt or become worst because the investors with a lot of stocks want more profits, so the company hire fewer workers, or cheaper workers who may not have good working skills.

True, CEOs also try to fatten up their pay check before taking off. It's a sad state.
