Some of it is OK... however my grandad listens to some awful country music

Country music is okay it's not the best kind of music in my opinion and I don't really know the names of many country artists.

I honestly hate country music. It is my 2nd least favorite, 1st being metal/punk.

I would never put anyone down for loving a type of music. Personally though I can't stand Country. Most of it is depressing beyond belief or just plain silly.

I have to agree that some country songs are very depressing and a lot of the songs and music video talk about alcoholism, domestic violence, or lost love. I find recent country songs by some country stars are kind of strange since it is like they are mixing pop rock with country.
