step 1: Flush the toilet
Step 2: The pants come down
Step 3: take your number 1 or/and 2
Step 4: if needed repeat step 3
Step 5: wipe yourself
Step 6: pants come up
Step 7: Flush toilet with your sneaker (via the kick method)
Step 8: Wash your hands and tell your self that you have done a good job avoiding having to touch a flushing handle.
