lol, I think people who also make unusual handjustures or body movements also make people pay attention to them, or staring blankly at random people while spinning on those office chairs that can spin.

if done correctly people try there best to not pay attention,

Yeah Swivel chairs. Oh yeah and those chairs can sometimes make air noses when you press a lever that makes it go down.

I sometimes spin or make my chair go down when I am bored in class.

I do it when I am solving a tough problem, generally math problem.

I think voicing your thoughts let's you organize them and alerts yourself of any flaws or mistakes you made. It can actually be quite usefull.
