I know the HP stream laptops is basically just a browser laptop because it has such low specs, space and processor that it can only run a browser and maybe something simple like notepad.

There is a 4GB RAM version of the HP Stream which may help with multi-tasking with Notepad, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

But, I feel the HP Stream may not even good for more intensive web browsing with many tabs open, watching online HD and 4K video, and playing 3D web browser games.

yeah it won't be doing any of that. Though the 4 GB version may get you by with office.

I think if you use Office more advance programs like MS Access Database, and a larger Excel Spreadsheet files, the HP stream maybe too slow since Databases and Spreadsheets can be very big if they have a lot of data in them.

I remember using access in a school classroom and that the RAM usage did get a bit high. Just depends on the size of the database you are putting together.

Access can be used to store picture and other non-text files, and a poorly designed database made by a less experience database user can make the database run slower on lowend computers and servers when user add a lot of data to the database like a database for a large blog or forum which has a lot of data.

We were never taught how to optimize it at school class on this, just mainly how to fill one out which was rather tedious.
