They all have a good chance, specially if dell, HP, ASUS or other brands decide to drop intel.

There are also a lot of lesser known Asian PC brands from China and India which may already plan to use non-Intel CPUs because alternative CPUs are cheaper to buy than Intel, and offer better battery life, and use less power which maybe important for people living in China and India who are more interested in saving money on their electricity bill, and have longer battery life because they use their laptop and tablet a lot in the dessert or forest where a power plug does not exist.

I had a few people talk to me already about fake Chinese parts. Those don't usually make their way into known PC brands, so most people will be fine so long as they stick to a big name brand.

Lenovo, Xiao Mi, ZTE, and Haewei are Chinese brands. Asus and Acer can be considered Chinese brands because they are both from Taiwan which is part of China because China still considers Taiwan part of China according to news posts I read, and TV news.

If you stick with the bigger Chinese brands, you are less likely to get scammed.

I think most PC parts known and fake parts are made in China because of the low hourly wages in parts factories.

Lenovo is Chinese? Hard to believe they bought out IBM's PC division.

Yes, Lenovo is Chinese. Lenovo also bought IBM x86 server department, and Motorola's smartphone and tablet department.

I was thinking they were American brand. Surprising they have so much money to spend.
