It is too bad that Windows can't uninstall programs without using a 3rd-party uninstaller program.

windows can, but so much of the program is left behind it can cause issues.

It is too bad that uninstallers still leave a lot of an antivirus behind where it cause problems.

I wonder if Windows 11 uninstaller will be better.

I doubt it, you need special uninstallers for anything these days like Your Uninstaller! 7.
