I think some of the older Tube monitors display colors better than average LCD monitors.

I know the old ones hardly ever went bad or badly display any images. Miss them, besides the weight.

I feel the old tube monitors also have good brightness levels, and they rarely randomly break without warning. I used a cheap LCD screen which randomly had a weird yellow line sometimes.

LCD and LED monitors aren't really the best, but they are so thin and light you really can't refuse them.

I feel the heavy weight, old thick case design, and big size can be good at preventing robbers from stealing a tube monitor, and prevent angry users from damaging a monitor's glass by hitting it with their hand or hard object when their PC randomly slowdown, freezes, turn off, or restarts.

agreed, but always hard to find room for it or a sturdy enough stand to hold it.

I feel the stands for tube monitors are also pretty durable, and I don't have to worry someone will knock a tube monitor over by bumping into it because it is heavy.
