I heard some of the cheaper replacements workers with less experience and not as much useful skills can cause a lot of problems for the company.

They can, but most feel the trouble cost being cheaper in the long run.

I seen some videos of underpaid workers going on strike, so paying people less money can lead to a strike.

I feel the amount of workers who want to be in a union maybe higher than 82 percent. The government may not be doing enough to protect worker's rights.
