actually I just hit it again, I wonder if this is some wrong server setting?

I see if I can do anything to fix the problem by looking in the settings.
Could it be your ISP, router, Firefox, network card, modem or Windows 7 acting weird since this error almost never happens to me, and I visit Mxproject a few times a day?
Do you own a second computer, or you can try accessing Mxproject on a game console like the DS, PSP, PS3, 3DS, or anyother device which has a web browser.

didn't you get the same error? And I can't get to a second internet device in time to see if it's just my PC.

Yes, I got the same error a few weeks ago, but for most of 2012 it have not happen so far, so I think it might be my Web browser, Google DNS, or the server acting up at random times.
