I think some people maybe willing to buy more affordable slower parts which use higher quality components like wires, and micro chips which last longer.

There are some people may mainly use a PC for playing DVD movies from a DVD disc drive, or using simple programs like picture viewers where a slower PC maybe good enough for their needs.

It's pretty hard to find a PC with disc drives anymore, even as extras they cost too much to put on.

It is too bad that there are not many computers with a disc drives because I feel watching Blu-Ray disc movies can be more enjoyable than downloading an streaming HD and 4K movies which sometimes are no longer available on some movie streaming websites, or take a long time to download.

even if you have a blu-ray player, you still need the software which is not cheap to get.

It is too bad newer Windows versions like Windows 11 no longer come with a DVD and Bu-ray movie player software.

You can still play DVDs, Blu-rays are the ones locked down.

I wonder if Blu-Ray Movie disc will eventually come with free software for playing Blu-Ray movies on Windows.
