Maybe Windows can add a setting to slow down the pop-up animation speeds for pop-up windows.

That really should be with the AV makers, not everything should go through windows.

Maybe Windows could buy a good antivirus company which make Windows Defender stop more viruses.

I'm surprised they haven't they should buy one as long as it isn't mcafee.

I feel the McAfee name is still trusted with some users who mainly buy software from Staples and Bestbuy, so MS buying McAfee and hiring more talented AV workers may make Windows more secure.
Microsoft can also donate money and volunteer at ClamAV which is a free opensource AV scanner which scans for viruses on e-mail servers, Windows PC, Apple Mac, and other OS.

oh no, I sold mcafee for four years, software was worth less than wet TP.

I'm surprise that McAfee does not make their AV better, so it is worth more than wet TP.
