I think in bigger cities there maybe a greater chance of finding a computer club which can help people learn about computers.

That is true a lot of computer clubs maybe crowded from people looking for help, and people who are looking to make friends with people with similar interest in computers and tech.

It's mostly old folks who don't know what they are doing or trying to get free services.

I think immigrants from poorer countries may go to computer clubs for help as well if they never used a Windows PC in their home country.

I know such clubs are really popular in china and other similar areas. Making them trouble for people growing up.

I imagine secret computer clubs could be popular in countries with less freedoms where some PC Games, operating systems and software could be banned by the government.
