Got to learn how to check sealing plastic, a lot of times its easy to tell when its done by hand instead of machine.

I imagine the plastic seal will have more wrinkles if it was sealed by hand.

And wouldn't have the burn seal on the seam that only machines can make.

I think it maybe difficult for some people to use their hands make those hard plastic packaging where you need to use a knife or pair of scissors to cut open the packages, so they can remove the computer part like RAM from the case.

I just use a dull edge to open them and on PC parts, doesn't damage much and gets the plastic open enough for my fingers.

I usually use a pair of scissors to open those hard plastic clear packaging. I think there is also a tool for opening those disposible hard plastic packaging.

I find that scissors tends to scratch things up and might damage it if pressed too heavily.
