Yes newer games and any games that require fast parts.

Do you think noise from fans are not that big of a deal since people these days watch video with sound, noisy games, and listen to load music, so the noise is not really noticeable unless they have very good hearing?

it depends weather or not if they got something to drown out the noise of the fan.
