Best monitor?

It would be cool if people can easily build their own monitor to save money, and pick monitor parts which are higher quality.

I don't know if anyone has built their own, usually you just see people build the PCs.

There maybe a few people who built monitors from monitor parts which you may find for sale on eBay, Amazon, and other huge websites which sell a lot of types of electronic parts.

People may build a monitor with used monitor and electronics parts which they got from taking apart monitors and tvs.

I think the most I have seen is just people do screen replacements.

I read tech articles of people who built a custom tablet PC from PC and electronic parts. Tablets are touchscreen monitors with a built-in computers which use Android and other mobile OS.

if a person can get the parts to build such a thing, but I can only imagine it be pretty hard trying to bring all the pieces together.

I imagine it may take many weeks to months to find all the parts, tools, software and OS and build a monitor from parts.
